Most of the handwriting above is legible, especially if you use the zoom feature of your browser, except for John Amsler between Charles and Samuel Amsler: "John Amsler, 2nd son of C.C.Amsler, born at Cat Springs Texas Feb 11.18.39. Died in San Antonio, Texas March 2, 1877 age 38 years." The second part of page 2 concludes Mary Amsler's recollection from dictated notes.

The above notes dictated by Mary Amsler Dec 25, 1891 is heer recollecton of the family of Charles Konrad. His mother, who had 12 children, emigrated to Texas about 1852 and lived to be about 70. She passed in 1858. His father Charles Amsler passed in Switzerland at age of about 45 years.
